Yes. Your full $25 is refundable at any time before it is redeemed. Contact hello@kinderlayer.com from the email used for your reservation.
What does my $25 pay for?
It reserves your first KinderLayer order and becomes credit toward your first KinderLayer underwear purchase. It isn't an extra fee, and it has no expiration date. No physical product ships with the reservation.
How does Founder pricing work?
Everyone's first purchase is $79 for a 5 Pack or $129 for a 10 Pack, including Founding Customers. Normal repeat pricing is $69 / $119. Founders pay $59 / $109 on repeat purchases for life: $10 less on either pack. Founder pricing rewards continued loyalty after the first purchase; it is not a first-order discount. Neither repeat-pricing option requires a subscription or recurring commitment.
Will you automatically charge me the rest?
No. When KinderLayer is ready, choose your pack and size(s) and complete your purchase yourself. Your $25 credit leaves $54 remaining for your first 5 Pack or $104 for your first 10 Pack. No automatic balance charge or recurring payment is authorized.
What happens if I request a refund?
Your $25 is returned, your unused credit is cancelled, and your Founding Customer status and associated lifetime benefits end.
What do the lifetime benefits cover?
Our best repeat pricing after your first purchase: $59 for a 5 Pack and $109 for a 10 Pack, for life. Founders also receive free standard U.S. shipping on KinderLayer underwear for life, including the first order. Benefits don't automatically extend to future product categories. No subscription or recurring commitment is required.
When will KinderLayer launch?
We're still developing the final production-ready garment and haven't confirmed a launch date. We'll share progress as we get closer. Your unredeemed deposit remains refundable throughout this period.

No. Your $25 reservation does not commit you to a pack size. When KinderLayer is ready, choose a 5 Pack or 10 Pack and select size(s). Sizes 2T-6T will be available at launch, with boys' and girls' brief silhouettes. Your Founder status stays tied to the email used to reserve and can't be transferred.
